ID 3 point cultivator

I got this with a tractor I just bought. I'm thinking it's a Ferguson, but which model? There is a place where the tag was riveted to the frame but it's gone (2nd photo). Thanks in advance! I want to sell this, but would like to know what it is before I advertise it.
