If or when you unbolt the knotters at the bottom in order to rotate them up for service, be very careful to avoid those twine knives. They will move on their cam as the knotter is raised.
I don't know balers other than NH and JD, but if you can give descriptions of specific faults, such as failure to tie one or both twines etc, perhaps we here can assist, since the knotters and plungers are very similar across the various makes.
