I got it from the frame plate located on the right (square) brace arm (not sure about that name.) The 14-339 number is stamped into the upper right hand corner of the (aluminum) plate in the section printed "component" not MODEL. Don't know if that makes a difference or not... The left upper corner of the plate has the 501 stamp and the lower plate section contains the SEREAL NO 13075. All the paint is blue. The aluminum plate is no doubt original and is mounted with 4 small steel brads. The plate is about 2 X 3 inches. Forgive my details, but I don't know exactly what you need, so I tend to just throw all that I have.
