95-32 is actually 9.5" x 32". There may also have been a 8" x 32", I believe on a 9" rim. Very early on in 1939 Ford offered the 10" x 28" tire size. Early rims had a cast 6 lug mounting, both 28" and 32". Early center disk, both 28" and 32" had 12 holes, even they only used 6 holes. Bolt circle for the early cast lugs and hat rim were slightly different. Rather then only 6 holes in later versions. Sometime in 1939 the Hat Rims were introduced.
Hope this helped.
