Can you confirm that it's not coming from your water pump? Grab the fan blades and try to wiggle them to see if you have any movement from your water pump. If you do, it's the bearings in it and you'll need to replace it. Don't procrastinate because if it locks up, it can send fan blades through your radiator which will just increase the repair cost and hassle.
