Grease fittings are a possibility. Just have to make sure grease or oil gets to the end of shaft that is towards middle of cover. That was where mine was binding up with rust. I'm wondering if maybe every year or so it would help to take inspection plate off that has the dip stick and spray lube up under the cover to coat the cam and follower plus all the levers and springs. Mine was pretty much bone dry when I took it apart, not a hint of grease on cam. I'll use anti-seize when putting hub back on.
