Why did you switch to 12 volts and what all did you do there? I wouldn't call an 'update' as doing a 12-volt convulsion, but since the damage has been done, see the LINK below and download a copy for your future reference files. JMOR has put together a super document on every CORRECT way to wire these old vintage Ford Tractors. Many 12-volt jobs are done incorrectly and for the wrong reasons. Non-running/non-starting/rough running issues are often deduced as an electrical problem and the thinking leans towards just putting a 12-volt battery in and all is good with the world. 87% of the time the true root cause is not electrical at all -fuel, spark, and combustion are all needed to run and at the right time. You changed a lot of things all at once and probably should have just done one system at a time, at least I would have.
