Yep, they sure didn't think this one thru, but then the place is run by a bunch of drugged up gerbils. The whole premise of a photo hosting web site was to provide it for use like we have been -on 3rd party sites like ours. Other than photo sharing, why else would one need a place to store their photos when they can store them on their own PC's for free? Thus their lower end 'free' plans, which do not allow 3rd party image sharing, are stupid. The pictures are ours, not theirs, unless I missed something in the initial contract which gave them exclusive rights to own them. I say we all file a class action suit against them. I need to get my album downloaded first, but doing them one at a time is time spent I do not have for right now. Download, then delete the entire album, so they won't be able to use them in the future. There has to be a better way to do this and keep it free to make millions of us happy. IMGUR isn't the answer either as they can and will follow suit eventually. They are probably waiting to see how PhotoPhucket makes out.
