The lift cylinder and piston may be wore out on both tractors. You can look in the side cover and see. A bunch of fluid pouring down is a clue. You may be able to find a seal kit for the axle and hub replacment. You also may be able to put a washer under the axle nut as a temp fix. But be careful cash the wheel can fall off if not properly maintained. Also a chain kit to keep your implements at a constant height is another good fix.
