Keep getting an error mssg.
But the two wires coming out of the top civer are for your neutral safety switch.
The small stick (high/low)
Is supposed to be in neutral before the engine will turn over with the key.
They are kind of finicky so a lot of people just bypass them and hook the two wires that come down from the dash together which defeats the nss.
Mine would rarely work properly so I disconnected it. Had to pinch the two wires from under the dash together to make it start. Worked fine as no one would know that. Not bad on a diesel but on a gasser where you have to fiddle with the choke you don't have enough hands to do all 3 things at the same time.
