I have decided to use a 100% cotton canvas painters drop cloth 9x12 for my 8N kept under my house at the river open on all four sides. Harbor Freight has them for about $15.00. It covers the entire tractor. I attached tarp clamps at strategic locations connected to a twistable length of cord. I don't know what the cord is called but it feels like stranded copper wire covered with a soft sleeve. Pretty neat for lots of uses. I may try spraying the drop cloth with water proofing although it is a fairly porous weave. If I wash the drop cloth it may tighten the weave for better water proof protection, but also shrink from 9x12 to a smaller size. Non breathable plastic tarps will trap moisture causing mold but thought the quality was lacking.mildew and rust from my experience
