HiYa Larry-
Resale value on these old N's depends on several factors. The condition of the engine, hydraulics, electrical, tires, fuel, and other systems are critical. If by 'rough' you mean the sheet metal has a lot of surface rust, that can remedied but if obvious cancerous beyond repair, that can be an expensive fix. If the block has cracks or did and has been welded, that deters from its value automatically. Weather checked tire s can be an expensive fix to replace. If the engine hasn't been rebuilt in a long time, that is an important detail to consider too. How does it run now? Smoke? Burning oil? Low compression? Ditto for the hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems. What did the tractor sell for originally?
