Could be a head gasket, could be a cracked block, could be condensation or rain water.
Plan for the worst and hope for the best. Does it otherwise run well and operate properly. And how much water was in the oil? Or did they even drain it to see. Low low offer and see where it goes... How are the tires etc...???
