I concur with JMOR, as you state a lot of confusing information. The NAA hydraulic system is different than the 9N/2n and 8N systems. You shouldn't have to 'bleed' out any air in the lines. The pump is not on the top cover, but the hydraulic cylinder and ram are so perhaps that is what you meant to say. I don't think you can view the cylinder action simply by removing the fill plug.
