So I pulled the plug on the pump and put in a barbed fitting and ran clear ode to the fill under the seat. Oil had air in it and was pulsating. Not a nice steady low. I also borrowed a gauge and put that n place of the pipe plug on the center housing. It never came off zero. Not really sure what else to check. Or should I go ahead and rebuild the pump at this point. If I pull the pump and spin it by hand would I be able to tell if some of the valves are stuck?
