The dipstick says; "With all cylinders extended". So I thought that was probably with the lift up but wanted to make sure. There are no other hydraulics on the tractor; just the lift. I think the cylinder may be leaking a bit. I overhauled the pump with a kit I got from Steiner Tractor; that was the only place I knew of back when it was done many years ago. There was an issue with the cylinder I think; can't really remember; I think we had it honed out and used a piston that took an O-ring seal. I noticed with the heavy disc on it today that it leaked down; the lift is a bit slow to come up as well.
