Another vote for Tony's advice to make them.
They don't have to be pretty.
If you want to plan ahead a bit for future breakage you could have some plates laser cut.
Last fall I had 13 plates laser cut out of 16 ga diamond plate.
They were all 7" X 13" with a 3/8" radius on all four corners.
They were very precisely cut.
The cost, including setup charge and materials was about $120.
You could draw up a simple drawing and have them made out of T1 steel. They will even laser cut the holes for you.
Have a few extra made. My local steel yard did mine for me.
Then use grade 8 bolts to attach them.
