Actually I am. I just purchased the bush hog and it was a pre-existing condition. I had only run it just one time before I checked the oil in it as I was anxious to try the new toy. None of the chewed off splines we're left inside the connection so the previous owner obviously took it apart saw the problem and put it back together. I'm not mad though as I got it for $100. I can get a new well on spline coupler for $30 and new oil seal for less than $20. The oil pump was just it's time to go, I had just very recently less than 10 hours done a complete oil change on the tractor. I new it needed new gaskets I was just hoping they'd hang on until this winter.
