Yes, we're on the same page now. Best if I have a cup of coffee first and put my glasses on... ; > ) So, Fig. 206, p/n 6 is the infamous 'wishbone bracket' linkage used on the 9N and 2N hydraulic pumps. Note it says 1939-1947 (9N, 2N). Below is the 8N assembly with item #16, p/n 8N-504, Lever,(8N). Those parts do not interchange no matter how much welding one does. My original thought was the quadrant and handle which I think could be changed out, maybe.
