When using the 3 pt hydraulics to operate the loader the lift arms need to be locked down to supply pressurized oil to the loader. The rear blade is providing enough resistance to raise the loader part way. When you press down on the blade it diverts more pressure to the loader. When you push down on the loader the pressure is diverted to the blade and once the blade reaches full height the valve goes to neutral and that is why it won't lift again until you lower the blade. When using the 3 pt hydraulics for the loader with the arms locked down you pull the handle up and raise the loader to the height you want then you have to push the handle back down some to put the valve in the neutral position.
