Ford called the light yellow that was used on the pre 65 industrials Buff.
They also used it on the post 65 Utility models.
The yellow that is shown in Tim's post is much too yellow.
When I rehabbed this 4400 I cleaned and lighly sanded the paint under the fuel tank cowel and mixed my own paint to match.
It is still a wee bit dark but much closer to correct than the one below.
I used 4 parts IH White which is a very light cream color and 1 part new John Deere yellow.
Mixing my own let me use off the shelf tractor paint and not pay the exorbitant cost of custom paint.
