Take a 12 volt battery and jump it to the starter, just to the starter. Put + cable to the starter, turn your ignition switch on and take the - cable to a ground. I always ground it at the radius arm mount. When the tractor starts, take the ground off.
Where in Wi are you located? If not to far, I would help you, I'm only 72.
