My hunch was correct. The part prefix code, 'NCA' was the clue that the part was for a different module. Here is a page from the February, 1958 MPC with the description and diagram of the revamped swinging drawbar. Part kit components are: NCA-805-B, Drawbar; NCA-809-A, Hanger; NCA-802-B, Clevis; NCA-804-A, Pin. Note that parts are listed for '53- '58 tractors because this assembly will fit those models and supersedes prior modules. Also, this MPC states tricycle tractors and High Clearance models used some slightly different parts.
