Agreed. Turning the mould board down will roll snow forwards towards the rear wheels. Deep wet snow has a tendency to pile up in between the blade and rear wheels anyway and turning the plow down just makes it worse. Up and sideways is the desired direction. Accumulations much more than 12" are a fight with a rear blade no matter what you do. That is when you will lear to appreciate the virtues of a front plow ....
