Key questions will be is it 6 volts or 12?
Does it have gas in the tank?
What did it do when it stopped?
I would charge battery, check oil, check point gap, check cap and rotor, drain carb, catch the gas to look for trash or water, pull plugss, add a table spoon of chain saw gas to each cylinder, see if it cranks over, see if it has spark, see if it cranks enough to get some oil pressure. If it has spark and oil pressure, add some new gas to tank, clean plugs, put plugs back in, and see if it cranks and fires.
Thats just me. A lot of folks dont like me adding chain saw gas to the cylinders, but that has always worked fine for me.
Let us know what you find.
