I have a set of NOS 1930 CHevrolet radiator hose hose clamps here. I'll look for any markings on them.

THe tower clamps were proprietary with Wittek. Their clamps, especially the tower clamps were used on the full GM line from the fifties (?) through the eighties. During the sixties "SURE-TITE by Wittek" was the brand name used by Wittek and were used extensively on Corvettes. All the Wittek clamps of that era have a date stamp and number.
