I have noticed that a lot of businesses don't have business numbers and are very hard to reach even if you happen to have a cell number. Getting folks to return your call, forget it. With all the ways to communicate now one would think it would be a snap. I see it as an overall disrespect of old customers and new ones alike. When folks complain about their business going under I think usually connected to poor or non-existent service.
