Tractor got mad at you for leaving it out in the cold.
As others have suggested, I'd pull plugs and make sure they are dry. Wave them under a propane torch to make sure. With Autolite 437 plugs I never have to do that for my N-Tractors. Worst case flooded, they will fire one or two cylinders, run horrible, puke out a bunch of smoke, then clear out and start running smooth.
Not sure what plugs fit the Ford 3000, but when the guy was coming to pick it up, it was a cold morning, and of course it wouldn't start. When he got there I was pulling the last plug to dry it off. We talked a bit while I finished and it started right up. Before I dried the plugs it seemed to have good spark, but wasn't making any attempt to fire when cranking.
