It is simply a fairly sturdy 1 1/4" metal strap (could be wider if wanted) 9" long w/a 1" hole in one end, a 90* bend at 3", & two 1/2" holes (to allow for mis-measuring) spaced 3 7/8" apart for the 2 seat bolts. My old block & tackle hook is about 3/4" so hooks easily into the 1" hole. When mounted w/the 1" hole in the front it tilted almost perfectly (by accident!) for lifting & replacing.
