You're over-obsessing on torque. Most farmers did not know what a torque wrench was let alone have one.

When I was younger (and stronger)I used to torque bolts down with a ratchet wrench. By the time I picked up a torque wrench the bolt would be over specified torque. Never damaged anything that I know of.

Relax and have fun with your tractor.
