It appears that I have more work to do on the Old Girl; I have to pull the differential out. I read the procedure; remove rear wheel; then remove trumpet as an assembly with axle in place. Sounds simple. Famous last words LOL.
Now, the rear tyres don't have fluid; that is going to help weight wise. My concern is if I am going to have the strength to handle the wheel. I am planning on using the hoist to handle the trumpet assembly. Looking at the wheel, I just don't see how I can do anything but just wrestle with it and I am afraid if I wrestle with it, I am going to end up losing the fight.
So if anyone can help with a procedure on handling the removal of the rear wheel, please give it.
