I don't know what that gray/white color is.
I rehabbed a pair of rims on a 66 model last year - had them sand blasted, brazed a couple of rust holes, then prime and paint.
I went to Fleet Farm and bought a quart of bright white tractor and implement enamel then had the guy there add some black colorant to it.
We experimented a bit - add a few drops then shake, test, repeat.
When we got to 25 drops I thought it was pretty close to original and quit. I had to buy the paint First but no charge for the mixing or colorant.
By the way, I painted these with a brush. Bought a good china bristle brush and applied two coats over the course of a couple of days.
No hardener or thinner. Just dipped straight out of the can.
For a worker I think they came out pretty good.
