The 801 series are about twice the horsepower of an 8N in a tractor that is slightly larger than an 8N. The 801 series could be had with power steering as a factor option. The most common models of 801 series are the 841 which is a four speed and could also be available with a Sherman combo trans giving you 12 total speeds. Not all 841 will have power steering or a Sherman combo. The other common models of 801 series are 851 and 861 which are five speeds. The 861 has live pto. Power steering was also an option with an 851 and 861. The 801 series are thirstier than the 800 series as the 801 has a larger carburetor.
