To bring it back to the wartime model will require all the parts, which are getting harder to find. Most wartime models still carried the long pin, hole in dogleg, or correct carb or choke rod bracket. It's possible that's it's also an engine transplant. It's up to you how much time finding the correct parts and money you want to spend and your goal for the tractor. Should you want to go this route there a set of steel wheels on one of the facebook tractor forums. it's a full set in nice condition for $750.
