if you have a bottle jack and a 2x4, place the bottle jack on the frame of the tractor near the brake levers, and cut a 2x4 to the length you need to make contact with the wheel center. pump the bottle jack so it applies pressure to the wheel center. wear steel toe boots, because once the wheel center breaks free, so will the bottle jack and 2x4 (safety third!). do not place bottle jack over inspection plate covers! AL breaks pretty easy on these tractors. you might need a third had to get everything in position for this to work.
