A modern SAE 10W30 is a good all season match for the original seasonal grade recommendations.

Standard 50/50 mix of ethylene glycol antifreeze. Dont overfill or it will puke it back out.

Leaking at the valve stem indicates hole in the tube. At a minimum that needs to be repaired. If the leak has persisted for a while it may have caused rust damage to the rim which may or may not be repairable. Break the tire down and inspect and repair as indicated.
