Remove a side inspection cover, try to raise implement, and look for leaks coming from top cover. Lots of fluid coming from top cover is a problem. Flow can't keep up with blown gaskets, leaky lift piston or cracked lift cylinder. Increasing engine speed may overcome the leaks with light implements, but the problem will only get worse until the cover comes off and problems are fixed.
