The cylinder oil leak-down test tells you it's time to replace the cylinder and the piston. That requires pulling the top cover. It's not a difficult task, just time consuming. Get a helper. Get the NAA-530 Piston with rubber O-RING. Get a new safety relief valve as well and gasket kit. Here's a very good DIY video on Ford Hydraulic Repair. They start on a 9N/2N which is a different setup than the 8N. It is done by J&D Productions who now have Dan's daughter Rachel with her "Wrenching With Rachel" videos. We have a HOW-TO's forum on the 8N system that may offer some advice as well.
