COOL AS BEANS, KIRK! The "Paddlewheel" OR "Tip-Toe" rear steel wheels were never a Ford factory item. They were supplied by the Electric Wheel Company of Quincy, Illinois for the 9N model which had the 32" rims. Note too the rear weights and the swinging drawbar -predecessor to the Dearborn Swinging Drawbar. Just to be clear, the 10 x 28 Rear Tires were an option beginning in 1940 with the 9N.
