I have a 1946 2N Ford tractor. When i bought it it was set up as a negative ground system i want to put it back to a positive ground system. The generator i have on it seams to not work so i bought a new one and a new cut out. My question is do i have to polarize them and if so how do i do it on a positive ground system. Its a single pole generator. It seams the only wiring i can see that was changed was the battery and cut out. Looking for any info on doing this.
Thanks Rich
