I was reading your post about fuel caps needing to be exchanged at a new Holland dealership, and I noticed that the date of this offer was back in 1993, about 27 or so years ago, and in your post you used the past tense: "Ford offered" rather than "Ford offers."

I have no idea if safety recalls ever expire? Google shows nearest New Holland dealership 30 miles away; I suppose I could call them up and ask: "Reference service bulletin 1993/10-T2 'Gasoline tractor fuel cap retrofit program'"?

Seems as though, if it was a good idea in 1993 to change out gas cap to avoid safety-related issue, in 2020 it would still be a valid concern?

I'll email the Parts manager Doug Siebenmorgan at Topeka KanEquip (New Holland and IH dealers) location and see what he has to say.
