Hey Walt! I was thinking about how long since I've swapped emails with you when I was working on the 860 earlier this week. Finally got her back together monday morning. Not sure why she wouldn't just push back together all the way, but she wouldn't close up that last 1/4".

I ended up using the bolts on both sides to ease her together a little at a time. At the same time I had to let a little air out of the right front & left rear. Everything pulled right up like a charm.

After putting the fluids back in the trans, Hyds, & rear end then re-installing the starter & battery she fired right up. Had to prime & bleed the air out of the hyds. It's great having the 860 back in action!

I was so excited I cleaned up the shop & moved things around so I could get started again on my old '43 Willys MB.
