How did it run before all that? Points gapped at .025" +/- .001"? Plugs gapped at .027" +/- .001"? Firing Order on all FORD Tractors is 1, 2, 4, 3 CCW. #1 cylinder always at the front nearest radiator. After your tune-up, did you set the timing correctly with your timing light per manuals? Get out your Essential Manuals and go over it again. Verify all wiring, 6V or 12V, if not right can give you non-starting issues. Be sure generator or alternator has the correct fan belt and the unit has a belt tension device.
