NOS 8n block

Early this year I picked up a NOS 8N block (6010C/8N) in the ford box from an estate sale. The family used to own Ford dealer ship that closed in the 90s. This was in the garage at the farm. Is it valuable? I bought it because we have some N series and figured it might be useful to have. The serial number is c623. I'm curious what its worth?
