New Ford 8N Owner

I have inherited a Ford 8N serial # 261205. I have several questions as to what is the proper hitch, stabilizer bars for 3 point, correct rims “ I have 2 different on rear”, and mysterious holes in the hood. Also have a unknown bracket to hold something on the left front fender. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. My computer skills for adding pictures is not good it seems.
