After looking at the pictures and the video, I'm pretty sure it's a '49. Steering box looks like a 49 to 52. The dash doesn't have the provision of the proof meter, thereby eliminating some 50s through 52. No coil on the side of the engine, so that eliminates all of the 50s and later.

With those clues in mind, I'm thinking it's a '49. I haven't seen it in person yet, so I have to go by the clues.
