We had our tractor overhauled by a guy that my Dad said was the best in this area. Well, that was before he took to drinking. Wish we had known about his alcohol problem. Not sure what was done right and what was done wrong. One thing wrong was he installed the wrong pan gasket. At first no leak; then a small one and eventually it go so bad; both front ends, that I couldn't keep oil in it. I finally put it in the shed and got to work, moving the front end out of the way, dropping the pan (very heavy and if you drop it and crack it...) etc. Once I had the pan off it was clear the wrong gaskets; they didn't have the proper shape at the front and were just barely sealing; which is why it took some time for the leaks to start. So it is possible that you may have to end up dropping the pan and replacing the gaskets even though it was done in 2012.
