I am considering two options for removing the problem. First would be to run the tractor with the top rad hose off and see if the water pump would force them out the top opening. Secondly would be to remove the water pump and then attempt to flush the block by running a hose into the top opening. I have no knowledge of the internal area of the water jacket in the block. Is there enough room for those nuts to flush down and out the bottom? David
