I needed a hoist to remove the trumpet/axle as well. You could probably build a stand on a dolly at the proper height and then unbolt the trumpet and just slide it out and away; leave it on the stand. Then just wheel it back in place. You wouldn't want to drop the trumpet and crack it; then it is replacement time. Of course you men may be strong enough to just muscle it out and back in.
