The pic appears to be an aftermarket carb that are prone to many problems but if it works well it is worth saving. Firstly remove the screw and check the threads, it may even have an improper screw installed. If the screw fits snugly check closely for casting cracks or defects. Next try a sealant like Gasoila on the threads or even a fiber or copper crush washer may work to seal it. not a lot of pressure here it should be easy to seal.
